All SpeedySoft products have an unconditional 30-day money back satisfaction guarantee. You can return SpeedySoft for any reason within 30 days and receive a full refund of the purchase price not including shipping and handling fees.
The products available for purchase on our web site are downloadable, fully-functional, and try-before-you-buy. We provide a 30 day free trial period to let you fully evaluate our products before you make a purchase decision.
Please use the trial period to make sure that the software meets your needs before purchasing a license. All of our software is fully-functional during the trial period. None of our software requires registration to enable its primary functionality.
Direct Orders from SpeedySoft
The products must be returned to SpeedySoft's Distribution Center. All physical components of the product must be included with the return. This includes the manual, installation CD-ROM and a copy of the packing slip if the product was ordered directly from SpeedySoft. delivery confirmation. SpeedySoft is not responsible for lost mail that is not received or products damaged during return shipment. Shipping fees for the initial order and the product return will not be reimbursed.

Include delivery confirmation. For physical products, it can take up to 3 or 4 weeks to apply a refund from the time SpeedySoft receives the returned product at our warehouse. For downloaded products and service unlocks, refunds are typically applied to your debit/credit card within 3 business days.
Products not purchased directly from SpeedySoft must be returned to the place of purchase (Web store, etc.) and are subject to the return policies of the place of purchase.
Electronically Delivered Products (Downloads)
You have 30 days from the purchase date to obtain a refund for product downloads, product unlocks, and all other electronically delivered SpeedySoft products. Since there is no physical product shipped, you are not required to send anything back to the Returns Department. Refunds for electronically delivered SpeedySoft products can be requested by contacting SpeedySoft customer service.
Refunds for electronically delivered products through SpeedySoft are typically applied to your debit or credit card within 2 - 3 days.
